He has over 25+ years’ experience working for the Ontario government, a Bay Street national law firm and as Senior Corporate Counsel & Healthcare Compliance Officer and General Counsel for two global corporations. His former and current clients include a retired Prime Minister of Canada, governments, industry associations, regulated professionals and companies of all sizes and industries from small to medium sized businesses to multinational corporations.
His corporate/commercial practice involves buying and selling businesses, drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements including licensing, supply/distribution, manufacturing, outsourcing, transportation, marketing, joint ventures, consignment, warehousing, and services agreements.

He also has experience in government procurement and international trade law including advising on the World Trade Organization (WTO) agreements, the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), bilateral investment treaties, anti-dumping & countervailing duty investigations, customs, export controls and economic sanctions.
